Mike Duley serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Smart Building Technologies (SmartBT). In this role, Mike oversees all aspects of the company’s business development goals, including strategic direction and growth to ensure expansion, customer satisfaction, and the safety of field technicians.

Mike’s career with SmartBT began in 2013 when he joined the organization as a Systems Integrator and Programmer. He most recently served as a Service Manager, overseeing sales and operations while providing technical support to field personnel. Mike became a Partner when SmartBT joined Fidelity Building Services Group in 2020.

A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Mike is a proud graduate of Calvert Hall College High School and completed an apprenticeship with the Harford County Electrical Contractors Association. He holds a Maryland Master Electrician license and has earned prestigious and industry-leading certifications from companies including Tridium and Trend Controls.
