We are thrilled to announce that we have merged Smart Building Technologies and HVAC Concepts into one single company. Two premier Building Automation and Master Systems Integrators have joined forces to create one powerhouse company. Having been partner companies for several years while serving the same geographic market and offering the same Distech and Honeywell-Tridium product offerings, this merger is a natural progression to gain efficiencies, increase responsiveness and professionalism. The combined entity will retain the Smart Building Technologies name and occupy the former HVAC Concepts headquarters.

Mike Schmitz will now serve as the company President and lead this group of dedicated and talented Team Members. To celebrate our future, we have created a new Smart Building Technologies logo. The new colors also represent a broader focus, as Smart Building Technologies is a key part of Fidelity Energy and Sustainability, a newly-formed nationwide group of energy experts that bring leading-edge solutions and intense focus on energy transitioning, building efficiencies and green building technologies. We are leading the way to meet the rising and complex demands of our customers by providing high-level consulting and end-to-end energy solutions.
