Patrick Sims
Director of Service
Patrick Sims is the Director of Service - Field Operations at HVAC Concepts. He leads the organization’s service team by providing technical solutions, supervising technicians, and technical support to Team Members, ensuring workplace safety, and monitoring job site activity, maintenance, and repair sales.
Patrick joined HVAC Concepts in January 2020 as a Service Operation Coordinator, where he provided internal and external customer service, oversaw service fulfillment coordination, and performed administrative functions that supported efficient operations. Shortly after, he was promoted to the position of Project Manager, where he was responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and directing all aspects of assigned projects.
Before joining the HVAC Concepts team, Patrick was a Sales and Service Project Estimator for Facility Engineering Services. He secured new business opportunities that included increasing the company’s service segment regarding controls and HVAC/Mechanical. He exceeded sales goals for three consecutive years and served as the primary estimator for Erickson Living properties, one of the largest, most respected developers, operators, and managers of continuing care retirement communities in the country.
Patrick has completed various important industry-related training programs, including AHU Control Application training, Orca View OWS Software Delta Building Automation training, and Delta Access Controls training, among several others.
In addition to his technical education, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Studies, with an emphasis on biblical literature, and a Master of Divinity degree from Grand Canyon University. A veteran, Patrick proudly served our country as a member of the United States Air Force.
